I ordered a set of pirate family vinyl decals and a personalized sticker. I absolutely LOVED the family vinyls but the sticker was sort of a disappointment. I emailed this company and right away they ordered me a new one. I have to say they have superior customer service. I will buy from them again because of this. Any company that takes the time to listen to their customers is a company worth using!

This website is amazing! Ive tried looking for a sticker like this for years in my home country and I never found anything close so I decided to do a little research to see if I can get it made. I came across this awesome website and I cant be any happier! It was very simple to submit your design and it arrived in no time! I only wish i would've been more careful putting it on because its a little bit off centered but thats just an excuse to order another one!! 5 Stars!!

I was so excited to find this web site because it offered EXACTLY what I was looking for. I felt like the shipping cost was a little much but was willing to pay to get what I wanted. I just bought my very first brand new car and the family sticker was something I was looking forward to. When it came I loved it instantly. When I put the sticker on I followed the directions exactly but the Bow on the Mommy Skull ripped.Also the daddy skull is a little off from the others around the mouth. I called the phone number on the receipt and the person told me that I could order another sticker online and that was that. She did not apologize nor was she helpful at all. I was really bummed that it tore and would have probably reordered it but customer service was just not there. Its one of those situations that they may have had a customer for life but instead they got $30 for a sticker from me and that is all...Customer Service is the most important thing in business it really goes a long way.

Hi Cory, I am very sorry to hear that your sticker ripped and that you did not receive the customer service that you expected when you called in. We will be shipping you another Mom and Dad Skull set to replace the ripped sticker. When you apply the new stickers, make sure to let it sit overnight before removing the transfer tape to allow the vinyl to adhere completely to the glass.

Definitely plenty of options to choose from. The sizing of the sticker was a bit odd at first but I figured it out. Shipping was prompt and the sticker was undamaged when I took it out of the packaging. However, the design is a bit pixelated. I made sure to make the design big enough for the sticker so that wouldn't be a problem, but oh well. You don't really notice it unless you're close.

Hi Megan, I am sorry to hear that your sticker design came out a little pixelated. I checked the image you uploaded, and I believe I have found out the reason why. Print resolution is 300 pixels per inch, so for a 3x3 inch sticker, your graphic would need to be 900 x 900 pixels. The image you uploaded was 792x864px, but a majority of it was transparent space surrounding the design. The actual design size was 490x472 px. If you use this design for a future sticker, make sure the design is 900x900px, or a vector file. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
