Male person in customer service was rude and unprofessional - he hung up on me and I called back and spoke with a different person that was 100% professional and respectful. 2nd person was very willing to work with me with the situation that was being handled. When review of item was emailed to me- they resized the item which caused the item to be shipped at a faster rate and cost me additional shipping. If they had kept the size I originally wanted, I would not have needed to pay more for shipping.

We ordered Hang Tags and Adhesive Permits for our community of 180+ homes and they turned out great. The permits don't fall off windshields, and the hang tags are very durable. I recommend these to any property management company looking to simplify their process for vehicles and resident parking.
