Hi Kristen! It looks as though the transfer tape is still applied. When you remove it the vinyl lettering will remain on the window.

This is a great website, easy to navigate and use. I called customer service because I needed to make a small change, they were excellent and customers service oriented. They knew their stuff! Hi Emily, I'm sorry that you are having difficulty removing the sticker with the transfer tape. Sometimes the tape separates during shipping and needs to be rubbed down with something flat like a credit card. Please replace the tape and do this if the vinyl does not come up with tape. There is an example of how to do this on our applications page: https://www.carstickers.com/instructions.php The team has sent you a new sticker and you should be receiving it in a day or two.

I love my sticker! The dimensions are just right for my truck, although the sticker isn't as high quality as I was hoping. Still looks good though. I hope it can wear the Oklahoma weather all!
