I ordered a custom reflective decal to indicate that my infant is medically fragile. She has a brain implant which requires close monitoring. If we were in even a minor fender bender, she would have to be transported by ambulance to the hospital for scabs to make sure the implant wasn't damaged People in the areas I drive ignore the "Baby On Board" window hangers and another large bumper sticker I previously bought from another site warning to keep distance, baby in vehicle. This decal seems to be working, I've noticed that if someone does come up close, they put a reasonable amount of distance between us fairly quickly. It has helped so much to ease my anxiety of driving around town. I also feel better knowing if we were in a serious accident, emergency personnel would be able to see it, day or night, and respond accordingly. I have shared it with other people who's children share my daughter's issues, and they LOVED the idea.
