Maybe they will listen to this... I've ordered the same thing three times with different settings and flipped images and they just send the same direction every time. I thought it was my mistake at first, but now I know the printer was just being lazy. I contacted support a week ago and get no response.
I do apologize for the confusion. We will redo these facing the right.
