I'm not sure if there was a problem during shipping (it got to hot/cold/moist)?? Maybe rolled too tight? The sticker arrived in a timely manor. When we tried to install many of the letters were not adhering to the clear outer portion. We did as the instructions directed but trying to keep aligned and wrinkle free was a problem. Unfortunately the sticker did not turn out as we hoped.
