Do stickers on sticker sheets all have to be the same size?

What size can I order a custom sticker sheet in?
The maximum size for a custom sticker sheet is 12.5" x 17.5". This gives you plenty of space to include a variety of stickers in different shapes and sizes.
What are front facing or front adhesive stickers?
Front-facing or front adhesive stickers have the image or artwork facing outward on the adhesive side of the sticker. This allows the sticker to be applied to a window and viewed correctly from the outside. On the front of the vinyl, the sticker will appear frosted, with the image reversed.
Front-facing adhesive is a popular choice for parking permit decals, as it allows them to be easily adhered to the inside of a vehicle while remaining visible from the outside.
What shapes of stickers do you offer for sticker sheets?
Sticker sheets can be completely customized to suit your needs. The shapes of stickers on the sheet can include circles, squares, rectangles, or custom die-cut shapes. You have full control over the design and layout of your sticker sheets.
Can I get a hole punched in the top of my sticker sheet?
Yes, you can have a hole punched in the top of your sticker sheet. Simply add a circle to the top of your sheet design and include a note in the special instructions requesting that it be fully cut out.
What does vector, print ready artwork for sticker sheets mean?
"Vector, print-ready artwork" for sticker sheets refers to the preparation of both the cut paths and the file type. This means your sticker sheet should be laid out with the images and cut paths ready for printing. If you need assistance with this setup, we offer a service for a $25 fee to help prepare your artwork for printing.
How long do cast vinyl stickers last?
Cast vinyl stickers are rated for up to 7 years of outdoor use. The material resists UV rays, moisture, and harsh weather, and includes optional matte or gloss lamination for even greater longevity and protection.
How many stickers come on a sticker sheet?
There is no set limit to the number of stickers you can include on a sticker sheet. The only limitations are the size of the sheet and the size of the individual stickers. This allows you to fully customize the layout to fit as many stickers as you need.
What does "print ready" artwork mean?
Print-ready artwork means that the file you are using is the exact size, color, and quality you want your final sticker to be. If you're unsure about your sticker's size and quality, please review our DPI and SIZE FAQ page. Your image should meet the printer's requirements to ensure a high-quality sticker. At CarStickers.com, we can print up to 1000dpi in full color. If your image is at 300dpi and at the desired output size, or if you have true vector art, we should be able to reproduce your design with excellent quality.
Common factors that prevent a layout file from being print-ready
Document sized improperly.
Colors set to RGB instead of CMYK.
Spot colors not properly defined.
Resolution not high enough (should be minimum 300 dpi at 100% size).
Missing fonts or images.
Poor contrast between text and background.
Spelling and grammar errors.
How are “picks” counted on a transfer decal?
“Picks” refer to the small pieces of vinyl that must be removed from inside a design during production, such as the centers of letters like “O,” “P,” or “A.”
After cutting, these sections are removed by hand in a process called weeding. Designs with more picks require additional time and precision, especially for detailed lettering or intricate artwork.
This process ensures clean edges and a professional, background-free appearance once applied.
What is transfer tape and how does it work?
Transfer tape is a clear application film that holds your decal together during installation. It keeps letters and design elements aligned so you can position the decal accurately.
Once the decal is applied to the surface, the transfer tape is removed, leaving only the vinyl design behind.
